Well, here’s a record that doesn’t get broken very often. A very deep storm system moving through the plains this afternoon caused the surface pressure to fall to a record level in Okarche.
Between 4 and 5 P.M… the surface pressure touched 29.19 inches of mercury several times. This breaks the old record of 29.21 inches set on November 27, 2005.
